Not sure I will use again

I have used in the past, but I could not electronically file my taxes this year. I will have to think really hard about using turbo tax next year!
What's great about it: Step by step instructions
What's not so great: Could not electronically submit my taxes. Had to print out and send. the help me phone number did not serve my area

Easy and thorough

I love the format. I saved so much time and was able to work at my own pace. No trips with boxes of receipts or waiting for an appt with a tax preparer. Thanks Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step walkthroughs. Explores every possible option.

I have used TurboTax for several years and do not anticipate changing any time soon. Good product and gets the refund in a timely manner.
What's great about it: Quick, detailed and fairly easy to use
What's not so great: some areas where confusing but i just chose C

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years. I use to pay an accountant to do my taxes before I discovered TurboTax. TurboTax is just as easy as going to an accountant to do your taxes. Answer the questions and provide the figures. TurboTax does the forms for you. You can E-file or mail in your taxes. What I love about TurboTax is that you can work on your taxes a little at a time. Work on your taxes today and come back to them when you have time. TurboTax will return to the point you left off at. TurboTax is easy as pie.

Use for my family and only one state return is allowed without a fee.

Was very easy to follow. Liked that it told me what I did last year. Liked to skip around and stop and start again.
What's great about it: I like the step by step with the option to do out of order
