Not as Easy

The new questions about RMD which is not listed on the 1099 forms that I received was interesting. I did get through it. But it's still hard work to understand it all.

What's great about it: I can do this myself and it checks with my last years returns.
What's not so great: Always new and more complicated laws to comply with.

Good product, I have used it for five years now; I do not feel confident about bringing forward credits of line items for which I could not obtain full credit/deductions from previous years; i.e. donations, credit for children, etc
What's great about it: EASE OF USE AND BBF FROM PREVIOUS YEAR
What's not so great: CLARITY ON COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

Nice user interface, too bad I have to pay to efile the state .. not sure what that's about. I have been at TT customer for many years will continue to do so. thx
What's great about it: User Interface is outstanding, fast
What's not so great: problems with imports still .. not entirely a TT issue, but I bought your software so .. it's on you!

First Time filling taxes

I am a full time student and this was my first year with a part time job requiring a tax return. My taxes are probably as simple as they can get but using Turbo Tax could not have been easier.
