Vegas, here we come!

I've used Turbo Tax for years now, and it is always so easy to follow, speaks in terms the average person can understand, and always finds the maximum refund.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Couldn't find my 2013 tax return

12 Years Later, Still Simple

Always easy to use, even if you're in a hurry or just want to get your returns fast!
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Simple
What's not so great: So easy, a "for dummies" guide is not required.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Great Year

I have been using Turbo Tax now for easily 17 yrs and have always found it to be an exceptional tool and I strongly recommend it to others who may be considering it for their taxes.
What's great about it: I really like the donations to charity work page. Extremely helpful and what a time saver
What's not so great: I honestly have no complaints except the hidden handling fees at the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Lovin' Turbo Tax

I had a problem e-filing my State Tax because the software would not let me get to a page to input my credit card info. However, that said, I called tech support and received help from Gloria, who was able to input my credit card info and I was able to complete the e-file of my State Taxes. I appreciate that there was resource I could access to take care of my problem, and it was done so quickly and painlessly. I will continue to use Turbo-Tax for my taxes for as long as I have to file taxes. Thank you for being there.
What's great about it: I like the ease of the program.
What's not so great: Had problem e-filing State return

Turbo tax makes it pretty easy to complete and file the taxes.
What's great about it: The tax file is easy for me to use.
What's not so great: You should be able to collect your money at the very end. No pay no file

Simply the best way to file your claim

I have been a loyal customer of Turbo tax for many years and the product simply keeps getting better every year. I believe that the product could be utilized by someone with both limited computer and experience with taxes. Turbo Tax makes filing your taxes a little less painful.
What's great about it: Quick to download updates, easy to use
What's not so great: seems to press you to buy additional products

Making sure I get the biggest refund

Easy to use! I have simple tax deductions so I don't want to pay hefty fees to have a tax service file for me. TurboTax does it all!
What's great about it: Walks me through each category to be sure I don't miss anything
What's not so great: Some help items did not answer my question

Be careful when you change things

All of the good stuff is still there. It may take some imagination to get to some good stuff like printing specific documents.
