Usual good software and great job in transferring previous year's data. Should be charging less for State tax efile, only did it on one return with a big refund. Would have done if with all the returns if ten dollars with more total revenue to Intuit.

this is the 1st year I've downloaded instead of using a CD. The 1st download stopped, so I went back to the sight and downloaded it again and got charged twice. Won't use download again.
I've used turbo tax for many years and always was happy with the product. This was the 1st time I got frustrated with it.

What's great about it: I asked a question and was e-mailed that night with a detailed answer that helped a lot.
What's not so great: charged twice for my turbo tax

So Glad I Used Turbo Tax

So glad that I used Turbo Tax for the first time, I will never go to a CPA ever again. I always felt like I was processed through like cattle during tax season, but doing it myself with Turbo Tax made me realize that doing it myself is so much better than waiting in line and being treated like a number. I am so impressed with the software and will use it for every tax season I experience. One of the best consumer experiences I have ever had...

This is a great product. I have been using TurboTax for at least 15 and maybe 20 years. Every year, including this year, TurboTax has been terrific. The price is reasonable. Installation is quick and easy. The carry-over of information from year to year saves a great deal of time. The systematic step-by-step approach makes it easy to be sure you have entered everything. The checking for errors function give peace of mind. The "explanations as you go" provides the opportunity to answer any questions you may have. The filing process is quick, simple, and reliable. I always recommend this product when discussing taxes with friends and acquaintances.
What's great about it: Easy to purchase, install, understand, and use.
What's not so great: Only concerned about refund fraud that has made the news recently.

I've read a lot of things lately about how your product changed. My situation was simple so it didn't change. But I think you do need to realize that offering different products with the same requirements year after year and then just putting it out again with big changes... people are going to be upset!
