Got a refund

I was able to do tax and E-file in less than 3 hours. The Turbo Tax Is detailed and easy to follow. I had all my data in one file so helped with not having to search for data.

What's great about it: Extremely easy and detailed to use
What's not so great: Kept pushing for State when livew in state with no state tax.

I have been using TurboTax for the better part of 10 years now. I have always found the software to be easy to use and very intuitive. I would recommend this tax software for anybody regardless of experience in preparing taxes. Just give it a try. You won't be sorry.

Great product

This is a great product and I like the way it keeps my previous years information but I worry about ID safety in doing this. Turbo tax is an easy and inexpensive way to do taxes. I have used this product for many years. It started last year with a problem of reentering saved pdf files. I am still using an older version of Microsoft Office (2007). Other than that I am pleased with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: problem with printing pdf files off old versions of microsoft word

The end of TURBOTAX

Totally dissatisfied with turbotax 2014. It has been difficult to use. I don't recall having to enter state info in the federal section on previous versions. I was required to upgrade (granted for free) so that I could obtain info from my financial services. I will most likely not use turbotax in the future.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Product was not same as last year. Was not notified that I needed something different.

taxes keep getting rejected when turbo tax states all is correct no reason given why have used previous yeas wit no issue
