This was the most difficult tax to do since my husband passed away in April and he was my mainstay to do the taxes. Thank you turbo tax for your assist at this difficult time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

After several years, I now have all the documents gathered and arranged to quickly respond to all the prompts by Turbo. Completion takes me only a few hours, actually, finished much more quickly than I had planned. Thank you and continue to stay updated. MB
What's great about it: Very easy to complete
What's not so great: Somewhat confused in the beginning by media reports on efile of Kentucky return.

As easy as advertised!

I resisted using Turbo Tax for quite awhile, figuring it would be too complex to use. Was I ever wrong! It was very easy to work with and had simple instructions with each step. I am hooked!
What's great about it: The program walked me through my returns step-by-step.

TrurboTax did it again

By using the data that I have accumulated over the tax year TurboTax walks me through income - expenses - deductions and what I can expect in the future. I feel confident in this product!
What's great about it: easily understood at every step
What's not so great: if you keep good records....there aren't cons

Simple to use; walks through entire form; pulls in other forms when needed; links to explanations (doesn't clutter up screen with explanations, but can be pulled up if needed).
Also, can switch between step-by-step view or forms.
What's great about it: Love the fact that it pulls in data from last year; and gives an option to go through everything; or just specific items
What's not so great: Hate the manual print for State - there is no print button; just "Save to pdf" or "Preview".

Turbo Tax Review

My only disappointment using Turbo Tax this year was the software would not load until I uninstalled the previous years software. It took my representative almost and hour to solve my problem. By yhe way the customer service Rep (Valencia) was outstanding.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, detailed
What's not so great: Problems downloading new year software
