Second year using TurboTax

This is the second year I've used Turbo Tax on my own, I used TurboTax a third year with assistance from someone experienced with simple tax preparation. I love how simple TurboTax makes preparing taxes; as long as the program doesn't change, I plan on using it again in the future.
What's great about it: Makes filing your taxes as simple as possible; inexpensive
What's not so great: Time consuming (compared to someone else preparing)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not Easy to get started

Very difficult to get started and load the program.Needs instructions on package.No way to get an answer quickly.Took me 8 hours one day and three the next!!!!

Overall, Turbo Tax is the way to go, it is set up well. No complaints there.
What's great about it: There are answers there.
What's not so great: With new tax laws, we need a live person. Not all answers are there.

Smoothe and Simple Filing

Overall, I am always pleased using Turbo Tax. I have used this product for years and they have never let me down yet. It seems like every year they strive to make the program better.
What's great about it: The "help" tools available throughout the program made it easy to understand.
What's not so great: I wish the program provided the IRS Instruction explainations instead of just giving you the IRS Instruction number

Trustworthy As Ever

I have used Turbotax for several years. I have always been confident that my returns are prepared accurately and have never had any issues with IRS or the State.
What's great about it: Liked the ease of preparation
What's not so great: No cons

Best Tax Return Software out there

After having someone doing my taxes for so many years and being charged a higher fee each years, finally decided to do them on my own with TurboTax. Best decision I ever made.
What's great about it: Made filing taxes a breeze
