QUICK AND EASY!!

I love TurboTax!
I've used the CD version for the last 6 years which has always been quick and easy!! This year I went for the download version and it's even better!

Even when I ran into a trouble trying to upload the updates, I was able to easily figure it out and correct myself. I just had to click button to fix any download errors and that was it!

Easy does it

I keep coming back to TurboTax because its an easy, do it yourself program. Why wait in line at your local tax man when you can do it in less than an hour yourself and at half the price.
What's great about it: Easy and self explanatory
What's not so great: not windows 8 friendly

Works year after year

Great program and service. I can't imagine doing my taxes on paper anymore. I love how prior year files roll into the next year and how the system keeps a history for you. The comparison really helps me get comfortable that I'm not missing anything.,
I am disappointed that the cost remains high. I don't understand why I'm paying e-file fees for California. It discourages people from doing it.
What's great about it: Always reliable - I can count on it.
What's not so great: I think it's too expensive.

Fast, accurate and easy to understand

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now. It still remains the easy way to do my taxes. Walks me through the process or lets me jump to where I want to go. It is up to date with changes in tax laws. Catches me when I might be making a mistake. Helps me value donations of goods to charity. It does the calculations so I do not make any math errors. It files it for me and deposits my refund, hopefully, I get a refund. It remembers my info from the year before so I do not have to enter all of it over again. I'm happy with the results and cannot remember having problems. It also has escalating levels of help if you need it.
What's great about it: Walks you through process, clear explanations, loads prior year info

I use this S/W every year and it just seems to get easier each year. With the tax code being completely ridiculous it is a pleasure to have Turbo Tax to do the work.
