This is the eleventh year that I have used TurboTax. And every year, the process gets faster and easier. Thanx TurboTax, for making the world of taxes to be simple and understandable.

If it wasn't for the efile-ing problem I would've given a great review.
What's great about it: Very detailed yet nice in guiding through all the steps

Easy to use.

I have been using Turbo Tax for about five years now. Being able to do my own taxes and know they are done right puts your mind at ease. Will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: Makes taxes easy to file. I feel confident when done that they are done right.
What's not so great: None so far

Turbo Tax to the Rescue (again)

This is my 5th year of using Turbo Tax and it is getting easier every year. It literally guides me through each and every step and then rechecks everything when complete. Very thorough, very accurate and very easy to use.

Better than last years tax guy!!!

I've used Turbo Tax many years ago, but because of changing circumstances, I went with another alternative for several years. When my circumstances improved, I decided to use a professional tax preparer and for the first time in decades, I ended up having to owe the IRS a large amount of money. This year, I decided to go back to Turbo Tax and it just gets better and better. I really like the simplicity and easy format. It's really hard to make a mistake. See you next year Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Detailed, with lots of explanations.
What's not so great: no answers

Pleasant Surprise 2014

Worked very well for my situation and found an extra deduction for myself that I was not aware of for 2014. Do not care for the tactics in trying to sell additional so-called protection and other services.
What's great about it: Worked very fast.
What's not so great: Kept trying to sell un-needed, unwanted "extras" .
