Very easy to use

The Turbo Tax questions helped me fill out each section and maximize my refund. No jargon. No manuals. I just answered the questions and Turbo Tax did all the calculating.
What's great about it: Questions walked me through the process with minimal problems.

Fast and reliable

Doing my taxes had always been a head ache and had my taxes done professionally. I decided to try intuit TurboTax several years ago. I can not believe I wasted so much money on a tax service. You have made this a simple, clear, process finding all the deductions I was allowed. I look forward to doing my taxes now. Thank you for offering a fantastic program and support making this time of the year a breeze.
What's great about it: I have used turbo tax for years and ea year it has been improved to the point of perfection.
What's not so great: Nothing I would do differently.

I have used Turbo tax many times and I love it. I feel safe and confident that everything is done right and accurately. I have trust in turbo tax to guide me and support me throughout the process. very thorough program.
What's great about it: easy, stress free and worry free

Used Turbo Tax for years and is working well for us.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: Should have an option to enter 1099-R's at the beginning of the return process (similar to what would happen for W2's.
