What's not so great: If paying a tax by credit card beware of percentage surcharge fee as a convience.

Easy Filing

I've used Turbo Tax since 2003. I have gotten more accurate and better refunds than with tax preparers in the first few years-after that I forgot the preparers and went with Turbo Tax!
I like the constant updating of taxes owed or returning, and the fact that if I make a mistake due to my understanding of the wording, I can go back and correct my mistakes.

What's great about it: generally easy to answer questions
What's not so great: Complex tax code requires occasional questions that are slightly misleading

we've used TurboTax for years. It gets better each year. Simple, easy to follow directions. Thorough review of all income and expenses. We'll be using it again next year.

Simple and convenient taxes are to do with Turbo Tax. The ability to complete taxes on my time and feel confident it is correct and complete is comforting. Also to E-File for the quickest returns at a minimal cost is convenient as well. I am a repeat Turbo Tax customer of 10+ years and will continue to use this program for many more. Thanks Turbo Tax.
