This is the20th year I have used Turbo Tax and it continues to meet all my needs and expectations. Just wish that it was possible to complete all the property donated on a given day on one form. Can do this for property listed in the It's Deductible schedule; however if you have donated property not listed (or you value differently from that available in It's Deductible) you have to enter that on a worksheet and can only list one line item entry at a time. On the return, it appears that you have made multiple donations on the same day to the same agency. Would be nice to be able to list all items donated on a given day -- even if you wish to self value some items and use It's Deductible for the others -- using just one worksheet schedule.
What's great about it: Walk through menu
What's not so great: Completing forms for donated property

My only stumbling block related to my NY teachers pension. Until I corrected my error in the federal return, I was being charged income tax on my NY pension. FYI
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better than H&R Block

First year using TurboTax; service walked us through step by step. Was very apprehensive of using a service like this, but we will be doing this again next year. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Fast, intuitive,helpful
What's not so great: Wasn't aware of state e-file cost until the end

really upset with the state issues and i would think we should receive a voucher for next years product or i believe you will lose a lot of faithful users of your product! this is really causing a lot of problems for a lot of people and you have to do something to save face.
What's great about it: federal return was easy todo
What's not so great: the state issue is a mess and makes me wonder if i really want to stick with your product after all theswe years

I have ben using TurboTax for years but each year I have to deal with their changes. There minor but sometimes their a pain.
What's great about it: Generally EZ to use
What's not so great: They keep making change that sometime can confuse the user
