Easy Process

Easy

I could not print a state copy to send by mail. I had to re-type the whole form from the state website. Not sure if I would use this again if I have to re-type everything.
What's great about it: Easy step by step questions
What's not so great: Cannot print a state copy that I can file by mail
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

More difficult than normal

not as easy to work as in the past. Had to go look for things because the program had skipped them. Checked this morning and it says that I haven't e-filed yet. Thought I was done but, guess not! Have used turbo tax for many years and never had this much difficulty. Think the product has to be checked an updated. Just my opinion. Have an older computer but just had it checked was told it was in good shape. You ask for a nickname and tell me it's already used! Sorry, but that doesn't change my nickname and shouldn't halt download. Will put an A after my nickname for you.

Difficult this year

I was disturbed that I would have to upgrade from the 'Deluxe' version which I have purchased for years.
If Intuit wanted to increase their pricing, the should have done so directly.
They have partially redeemed themselves by offering the Upgrade at no cost.

The program, now upgraded, continues to be straightforward to use
What's great about it: Adequate
What's not so great: Had to Upgrade to different version

A Little Disappointed

While I have used Turbo Tax in the past, this was by far the most frustrating year. I understand that Turbo Tax is typically a user friendly program but the time I have invested in the failed updates and computer issues as a result, may lead me to stop using the product in years to come. I will think long and hard next tax season on using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step easy to follow
What's not so great: Updates horrible this year. Great disappointment.

Very easy to do one's taxes. The program walks you through each step on your forms to fill out. Been using turbotax for years and will continue using it.
What's great about it: Better then previous versions.
