Turbo Tax - the Way to Go

I've been using Turbo Tax for over five years now. This is the way to go. The software provides an easy way to import your figures - and it can use your last year's return, which makes things a lot easier and faster to file your future returns. It's "goof proof" and tried and tested by many people. It's the only way I'm going to file my returns. It's a good investment for a reasonable cost.
What's great about it: Quick and easy way to file your IRS returns
What's not so great: No issues with Turbo Tax

would like to see examples of what each answer would mean one way or if answered the other way.
Also since we live in New Hampshire and file in New Hampshire the turbo tax should know not to ask us to complete a New Hampshire state tax return. Since there is no New Hampshire state tax.
What's great about it: step by step instruction
What's not so great: not easy to see what you have all ready done.

i always use TT for my taxes- easily the best available tax software out there.
What's great about it: fast easy to follow entries, downloaded w2, easy and free e-file, also the Intuit valuation of donated charitable items.
What's not so great: 2014 versio had some glitches in loading

5th year in a row using TurboTax and it once again did not disappoint. Walked me through everything step by step and helped me to maximize my refund. Will definitely be using TurboTax again next year!

Makes Life Easier

Being a victim of identity theft filing electronically wasn't an option until this year. TurboTax makes it easy to bring forth prior year information and calculates savings that I am not aware of. I would recommend it as a safe and secure method to do taxes.
What's great about it: It couldn't be easier as a step-by-step process.
What's not so great: No cons at this point.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Customer Support

I have been using TurboTax for years. From the very first time I used it, it has always been very user friendly and easy to follow. This year was the first time we taxpayers have to address the Affordable Care Act. When I encountered a problem with this, I called in for help and received PHENOMENAL assistance. The representative went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was required, why it was needed and what I needed to do. He was able to put me at ease, all while, exhibiting a warm, personable, confident and knowledgeable demeanor. He NEVER ONCE made me feel "stupid" or like "a fish out of water". HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! (Jim Hoffman - YOU ROCK!!!)
What's great about it: Easy to follow, easy to understand, help at your fingertips
What's not so great: Can't think of one

Taxes are a breeze by Turbo Tax ease

I've been a TT user for several years, and I could not do taxes without this program. Government what it is; so profoundly confusing, Turbo Tax keeps me from complete exasperation.
Deductions are arranged by steps, as are income, taxes paid and miscellaneous items I'd never think of. Also, who can keep up with all the changes made? Not me or anyone I know. So, Thank You Very Much, Turbo Tax!
