2014 Tax Refund

I dont understand the depreciation of the Auto for Business use. It was a very different refund than the prior year, and not explained very well.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: Auto Depreciation and home office was cumbersome this year.

I think this program is great. You answer questions and it just leads you through. I have used it ever since I have been married.

What's great about it: Easy to use and very thorough
What's not so great: Ran into trouble paying to file my returns but their online help walked me through what I needed to do.

this is the tenth year I have used this software. The precess gets easier and clearer every year. Makes a difficult yearly task easy. Thanks and keep p the good work.

Excellent program

Overall, great program
What's great about it: Easy to use, great step by step instructions, nice to compare last years return to this years return as you go
What's not so great: I had to update my operating system before I could use Turbo Tax. 2 hrs to back up and update, 30 min to complete taxes

I have been using turbo tax as long as i can remember and I feel good knowing i am overseeing my account , not some tax guy trying to get it in and out like cattle . Not to mention you learn alot in the process .
