A great product, but the cost almost doubled from last year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, catches all the little details

This experience in tax preparation couldn't have been better. Everything was self explanatory and covered all bases. I don't have the most complicated return, but not a basic one either. TurboTax helped me achieve an optimal refund and left me with full confidence that it was completed correctly.
What's great about it: everthing was very intuitive. improvements from last year's version are fantastic. saved myself hundreds in tax prep
What's not so great: didn't work with my IMAC system version

First time doing our own taxes. Much easier than I expected. Customer service was very helpful when I had an issue trying to pay for our state return by credit card.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step
What's not so great: Paying by credit card was a hassle

Ive use Turbo tax quite a few times w/o problems. This time, my federal tax return was rejected even after doing all of the checks. When I went back in to fix the errors, it was very difficult. Lack of help from Turbo Tax. I tried to look at my previous years return on my computer and when I clicked on it, it automatically imported it again. Not so straightforward as year past.
What's great about it: Walking me through each and every step
What's not so great: Didn't like the lack of support for rejected e-filings/Federal return

Simple, straight forward and minimal time. Simple to import prior year's information...really saves time. I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and never disappointed.
