Turbo Tax pre-populated Taxpayer PINS from 2013 that were rejected by the IRS. The software should instead prompt user to request an updated TIN prior to first submission.
Highly disappointed that Basic software no longer includes ability to itemize deductions. Given that more expensive deluxe version is now required I will investigate other methods of filing for future years.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and love the automatic transfer of information from year to year.
What's great about it: Complete, simple and accurate tax preparation.
What's not so great: The cost would be the only con for me, there are free tax softwares out there.

The TurboTax is easy to use. Just answer the questions truthfully. That's all you have to do. The rest is done for you!

Reliability of Deluxe Turbotax

Turbotax worked OK up until I needed to e-file my state return.
I suggest this cost be included in the purchase price in the future. Although the federal e-file worked well.

I did get a resolution though on the phone. Wyatt of Intuit worked with me and gave me a free state e-file. Both federal and state (Incident #410082248).
What's great about it: Accurate calculations. It still allows forms view.
What's not so great: I couldn't get to pay online for my state e-file on 02-07-2015. Frustrating.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always use turbo tax

I use turbo tax every year and I rely on it. I won't use anything else and I won't help my friends do their taxes unless they're using it. The only criticism I have of it is that between each section it brings you to the main screen and makes you scroll past all the sections you've done to get to the Continue button...I've already seen those...put a Continue button at the top and I'll rate it a 5 next year :).
What's great about it: Everything is easy and reliable
What's not so great: Only complaint is that the next button is always at the bottom

My Taxes

Interview was good. HSA was new and unemployment income was a little confusing. Trustee to Trustee transfer of HSA to a new HSA at end of calendar year is not a disbursement or a roll-over. If truly overfunding than it would have increased my tax burden. Had to call to confirm. A lot of things would have been more confusing without the direct questions of the interview. I have confidence to do taxes myself with the interview format.
What's great about it: Interview was straightforward. Called for help-they were great.
What's not so great: HSA overfunding was a little confusing.Unemployment income was confusing
