What's not so great: Not happy with you removing schedule F from deluxe version

I recommend turbo tax to all my friends. It very easy to use and the reps are friendly and helpful.
What's great about it: The ease of using the software. Help line reps are very firendly and knowledgeablee.

I use Turbo Tax each year for my family. It has always been very easy to use and accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step procedures

Always Pleasantly Surprised

If I have my stuff properly together, and especially if I had been keeping up with It's Deductible all year, this would be just ridiculously easy. You can't help that I didn't do that. Nice, step-through instructions. Mostly they are clear. I'll be back again next year, and hopefully, I'll keep up with things in It's Deductible.
What's great about it: Stepped me right through. Had practially no trouble.
What's not so great: Tennessee has no income tax, but you kept trying to sell me a state tax addition

Tricky error correction

The process of preparing the return is pretty simple. Once the error correction found a problem, though, it was difficult to track down exactly where the error occurred and how to fix it. More info, or a button to take you back to the exact spot of the error in the preparation process would be helpful.
What's great about it: Simple, straight-forward process
What's not so great: Corrections are hard to make

Love How Easy it is to File!

I love how year to year all information is saved and automatically typed in. This saves a lot of time and effort.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process, step by step
What's not so great: Can't ask immediate questions without calling someone

I always use Turbo Tax. It is so easy and it walks you through step by step. You can also work around your schedule by stopping and starting as often as you like.
I have talked co workers and family into using Turbo Tax with no complaints.
