Turbo all the way!

The process this year took approximately 4.5 hrs instead of the all day marathon I did last year! I have been using Turbo Tax since 1999, and I have been very pleased with this product. It has become more and more complicated due to the tax laws, but all in all, it really simplifies the process.
What's great about it: Fast easy, imports data, checks the math and forms
What's not so great: A lot of unnecessary steps

TURBO IS THE BEST HELP FOR FILING YOUR TAXES IT WILL HELP YOU SEEK OUT AND FIND THOSE DEDUCTIONS WHICH MEANS $ back for you .I LOVE TURBO TAX HAVE USED IT EACH YEAR . I LOVE AND RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE I TALK TO. ITS MY BEST FRIEND AND VERY CONFIDENT IN THE RESULTS EACH YEAR I USE IT.THANK YOU TURBO TAX

This is fairly simple. I love Its Deductible.
What's great about it: Can work at home at my own pace
What's not so great: Didn't want to e-file my state return but didn't get directions on how to mail it.

If i purchase a product it should do what I need it to not charge me more money to finish what should be included (e-filing state).
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: have to pay more to file my state taxes

I have used TurboTax for years and will continue to due to its simplicity and accuracy.
What's great about it: Simple thorough walk through of every question needed to complete taxes.
What's not so great: None really.

didn't pay more than I had to...

I had the automatic download, but wasn't able to downgrade the order due to change in tax situation. I had to cancel then go back and order the appropriate turbo tax. It would be better if they let you choose which one you needed instead of sending what you had last year.
What's great about it: Iiked the walk through, but easy to go back and edit
What's not so great: had to cancel my automatic due to change in tax situation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
