City Return Issue

While trying to do my Grand Rapids, MI. City Tax Return, I ran into an issue. I am a non-resident of Grand Rapids, but work in the city all year. I identified that and when finished it had not taken into account that I had paid city taxes throughout the year as per my W-2. I have had to do these by hand. Is there something I'm missing or is this a problem with the software or is this option not available to me?

2014 Turbotax Deluxe Review

The Virginia state tax form was not calculating all the fields properly, although when it ran the error check it found no errors. (529 deductions and consumer's use tax fields were not correct). I decided to close the program and restart instead of filing. When I restarted the program it corrected these fields.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Software issues (see below)

Love How Fast It Goes

I love how Turbo Tax keeps my past information and I don't have to re-enter all of it. It goes real fast & very easy to understand. I do it this way every year!

Enjoyed my Tax Time

I have used your product before but had to go to a CPA last year due to a very complicated return. The excessive cost reminded me why I used Turbo Tax. Your product has continued to get better over the years.
For states like New Hampshire with no state income tax it would be helpful if you had a link to the state to determine the requirement to file a state return.

All of my adult life I have paid hundreds of dollars to have someone do my returns. I decided to do it on my own with Intuit!!! I'm amazed. The process is simple, and best of all I felt like I had my own personal assistant guiding me through it!!!Thank you intuit for your intuition!!!!
