Great way to do your taxes

The system is simple and easy to use. You can't go wrong. Haven't had any problems with the system since I started using it.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use.
What's not so great: Been using it for years and still can't come up with any.

FRUSTRATING

I have used Turbotax in the past, but this year is very frustrating. Has locked up multiple times and will not let me efile or even just print my state return. Will be looking for a refund under the 60-day money back guarantee if this doesn't change real fast.
What's great about it: Info Appears Accurate
What's not so great: Program continually locks up and cannot get my state return to efile or even print

Minnesota form M1PR Problem

Form M1PR is mailed in separately at a later date & not due until August. The final form is not available yet. TT will not let me e-file my state return because that form is not final. I don't have to file it until AUGUST!!!
LET ME FILE MINNESOTA RETURN WITHOUT COMPLETING M1PR !!!

What's not so great: Poor handling of Minnesota form M1PR

With the CEO sending emails apologizing about the product, stopping state returns due to possible fraud and bad publicity TotoTax received this year. I will try something different next year that does not have all the issues. However Turbotax remains a simple tax app great for me since Im broke anyway. If I owned a business or any non basic tax situation I would not use turbotax this year.
What's great about it: Very simple
What's not so great: Bad propaganda this year
