I very thankful every time I use Turbo Tax product I feel that I have received the best tax information , as well as a sense of relieve knowing that my return has been prepared correctly.
What's great about it: enjoyed the compete follow through on format

2014 Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I do not remember it being this difficult to navigate in past years. I have a MacBook Pro and could not scroll easily. It seems to me there must be a better way. That snafu stressed me out a great deal!!

I have used TurboTax every year since you first produced the program.
This is absolutely the worse TURBOTAX program that you have ever put out. I will try next year but if you have do not produce a program that is much improved I will never buy again.

Easy to use - Great help

Have used multiple years. First time used Tax Pro Services with Turbo Tax. Worth the money for a review. Easy to use. Nice to import from previous year.
What's great about it: Easy to understand. The Pro Service was great!
What's not so great: So many choices to print. Need to be more simple for selection.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years; I depend on the ease and accuracy of the program.
What's great about it: Guidance throughout and user friendly language.
What's not so great: I seriously don't have any cons to offer.
