I will be seeking a refund of my E-file fee, repeated messages saying my SSN already used.

Easy to use

This is the first time I used this program, and the first time I had itemized deductions (home purchase). It was very easy to use; just answer questions, review at the end, send, and done.
What's great about it: Just answer questions, look up rules, if needed

Love Turbo Tax have been a loyal customer for years. Easy to use, step by step instructions, easy filing.
What's great about it: Self explanatory
What's not so great: found out could of filed free online after I had already purchased.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Extra charges
