Almost Intuitive

Almost intuitive. Logically walks you through in simple steps to maximize you return. Editing and revisiting is also easy to do. A few of the unusual screens are there but not apparent from the link. Could improve by giving a little more info in parenthesis next to the link or answer to show whats screen/form will come up next. Such as when proportioning multiple state incomes from the edit link next to the State income.
What's great about it: Coached you through step by step to get the maximum legal refund
What's not so great: Some of the screens & forms are not apparent to the link or question.

year after year, i use turbo tax, and it just gets easier and easier each year. i completely trust all the steps that i am walkad thru to compute my return. i am a very satisfied customer!
What's great about it: total ease and fluidity of taxes
What's not so great: not much to say there
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 4 years now. I have not had any problems with it. One time I had a question so I called them and they were very nice and helpful.

It is really easy to use. I really like that the program transfers information from the year before. I like the fact that you can return to different items to change the information while you are working on your taxes. I have been using turbo tax for several years.
