Loyal to Turbo Tax

I have always used TurboTax from my first job until now. Through marriage, divorce, having a child, early withdraw of a 401k, etc. This product has made filing my taxes easy and more affordable. Depending on your deductions, sometimes it's difficult to understand the questions or navigate to find an answer, but I have always ended up a happy customer.
What's great about it: Ease, list of deductibles, explainations, community forum
What's not so great: Redundency
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always Great, Always Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. It is always easy if you read and take your time. It has helped me to be better prepared for tax time each year.
What's great about it: All you have to do is read and think...be prepared. LOVE using Its Deductable
What's not so great: Hardly anything.

property tax refund and standard deduction goof

We had to go in and delete the property tax form in order to e-file. Very frustrating. Also, Turbo Tax did not compare how taking the standard deduction (vs. itemized deductions) would reduce my combined state and federal taxes. Turbo Tax just assumed taking itemized deductions would produce the lowest tax bill.
What's great about it: covers everything needed
What's not so great: property tax refund goof up

confidence shaken

I feel like it is a good product but I don't feel this year was a great effort. My confidence in the program is a little shaken. With the issues they had regarding state filing then I have had problems with of all things, printing. I don't feel they put the required resources into the product this year. I may try something else next year.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: state issues on news and issues printing

I first took credit for installation of a new A/C system 15 Seer.
Upon looking further I couldn't find anything specific that said I could. Very confusing and still not sure, but I tend to go with only that which I am sure of.

Ok Experience

I have uses Turbo Tax now for quite a few years, this year seemed different. Didn't feel quite as easy to use and I felt like information was as clear as it has been in the past. Not sure if I will continue using Turbo Tax in the future,.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
What's not so great: I felt it wasn't as easy to use this year, and did't feel like information was real clear
