Easy

TurboTax was easier to use than brand H, used both and TurboTax had more of a refund.

Turbo Tax 2014

It worked as always, but I didn't appreciate the price change to get itemized deductions this year. I took forever to install and locked up several times during the process and the computer had to be restarted. It took over 4 hours to finally get through the install, upgrades and import of last years return -- and I'm a computer systems architect.
What's great about it: Easy; imported from last year; steps you through process
What's not so great: Took forever to install. Had to restart the computer multiple times

Fast and simple

This is a fast and easy way to do my own tax returns. Once you have the information you need W-2s, interest 1099s etc... it leads you through the process. I like to be able to choose my own path as well so I can start the return without having all the documents and can go back as they arrive. The link to the donation calculator is a god send. Instead of having a garage sale, we donate a lot to a local charity and having the amounts each item was worth online saved a lot of time. We also got a great refund!
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you through the steps, e-file capability
What's not so great: Wish to choose own path on state return. I got tired of clicking through the same questions as I double-checked work.

Made it so easy

Finished 2014!

Software is great. Would be nice if software link could be sent each January with a chance to purchase on line without going to the store.
What's great about it: Love the time savings importing last years return.
What's not so great: Uploading update software takes way too long.

Happy with help

I have had nothing but good experiences with Turbo Tax for the last 10 years. Everything is set up for you and you just have to plug in the numbers. This year was the first time I had to get help and their help team answered my question in a short amount of time. Even talked to a live person. I will be using it again next year.
What's great about it: ease of entering all data
What's not so great: not much

I have used TurboTax for many years and I have never had any problems with my filings. Is so easy to install, steps are easy to follow. I never worried that I missed any important information.
What's great about it: It guides you step by step

I Love TurboTax!

I have been a loyal Turbo Tax user for years and wil continue as long as you dont make my customer experience miserable with too many optimizations and upgrades, leave a great product alone and let it be great. I enjoy the ease of use, importing previous years' data and the way I am guided through every possible deduction. You may want to beef up security though, my state is one hit by many fraudulent Turbo Tax e-filings this year and they are considering stopping the e-file option.
What's great about it: Clear, conicse and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Stop tinkering with a great product. The revisions to how the forms were divided up.
