Blazing Fast!

The whole process was easy and fast. I liked that the refund amount was always in view while entering the amounts.
What's great about it: Able to download W-2
What's not so great: Had to enter Social Security Info

Great experience

I have been using TT for years and every year it seems to get better. Absolutely no complaints.
What's great about it: It gives you choices at every step to speed the process.
What's not so great: You have to dig to see the underlying or background calculations.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TurboTax for years now and simply love it. I've tried other methods, but they all have some sort of inconvenience or shortcoming.
What's great about it: Easy to understand interface and simple guidance
