Pleasantly Surprised!

I have used Turbo Tax in the past, but I was greatly impressed with the donation/charity part of Turbo Tax since it was my first time using this part of the program.
What's great about it: First time using donation process and greatly impressed!

It took so long to go from page to page. No indication whether your click was in process or not.

Straight Forward Process

When I consider all the years I used snail mail e filing is great. Turbo Tax is very straight forward.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: I wish ATM paid sales taxes were trackable

I have been using Turbo Tax for more then 15 yrs and I love it. It's quick & easy to use, lots of helpful info. I wouldn't use anything else to to my taxes
What's great about it: EASY to use, fills in data from previous year

Efficient and clear program

I have been using Turbo-tax for years and am quite satisfied with it. I will continue to use Turbo-Tax.
What's great about it: Walks you through your steps with ease.
What's not so great: My state return steps were a little confusing. (MI)
