The tax filing process was straight forward and easy to use. I used the step-by-step approach and found the questions very easy to answer.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Too many ads for legal help/other products

I have been using TurboTax for many years and always find it easy to use. It covers all of my tax needs at a reasonable cost.

Tax Time Isn't So Bad Amymore!!

I always used to dread tax time. After using Turbo Tax Deluxe for years now, I am now completely relaxed and confident that my tax return will be accurate and accepted by both my state and federal governments. Any mistakes made on my return are brought to my attention when Turbo Tax reviews my return. I am able to make corrections in a timely manner. The walk-through technique in going over income, expenses, credits, etc., is fantastic and really cuts down on missing items and inaccurate entries. If I have any questions, help is readily available. As far as I am concerned, Turbo Tax has my back at tax time!!!
What's great about it: I liked the walk-through technique style of Turbotax Deluxe.
What's not so great: I did not enjoy getting the data or info together.

Always easy and reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have found that it saves me from making careless errors. I trust Turbo Tax to do the math and I only have to be sure that I enter accurate info on income and deductions. Over the years, Turbo Tax has helped me adjust my returns to my changing tax situations. And I love seeing the little brackets at the top that indicate whether I am going to get a refund. Thanks, Turbo Tax for making this annual requirement pretty simple.
What's great about it: Easy access to prior year's information; jogs my memory on items I might have overlooked
What's not so great: None really; just a computer thing --- always a little scary to give access to financial information to any entity

I know that turbo tax has had some issues this year,but when you get down to it , it is the best system out there
