TurboTax again

I've been using TurboTax for a number of years, and I keep going back because they make the process easy, and cover all the necessary topics to see which applies to me, and making the most of deductions. Thank you!
What's great about it: makes filing out information easy, understandable
What's not so great: had a glitch in trying to efile, but easily remedied after a quick call
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this software for the past 5 years and never had an issue, this year was a disaster. Not happy at all!!! We will be taking our business elsewhere next year.
What's great about it: Easy to Navigate

Not what it used to be!

I have been using TurboTax since 1993. While it is still pretty easy to use, it has gotten quite expensive over the past couple of years. Also, as technical support has moved to the community recently, help with filing and use questions has gotten better, but help with actual bugs is much worse than it used to be.
For example, I encountered a bug this year (TT 2014) with importing data from my 2013 return. The State refund amount is coming in wrong. This bug actually affected the numbers on my 2014 return. Form 1099G and last years return match. Amount imported into this year is different.
Searching the Community revealed numerous people having the same problem and some posts saying it was fixed in a late February update. However, since I installed and updated my copy in March before starting my return it was obviously not fixed.
The final posts I saw on this problem suggested deleting the 2014 Return and starting over from scratch, not importing the 2013 Return and entering all that data manually. That totally defeats the purpose of using the same program each year.
I was finally able to go in and manually edit the incorrect imported amount to get an accurate return, but I never could get TurboTax to fix the problem or even acknowledge the bug.
I will probably be using another product next year to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Still pretty easy to use.
What's not so great: Expensive, not entirely accurate and poor technical support.

Love Turbo Tax!

I've used Turbo Tax for years. It imports my data from the previous year and walks you through your return. I've looked at other programs and free websites. I keep coming back to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy. Thorough. Walk-through step by step.
What's not so great: Wish there was a continue button at the top

Pretty Good

I have used this product for years. It is easy and I have electronic copies of my returns dating back 10 years. This is excellent. However, in some cases it may hide some details which I have found confusing. Hopefully the products solution is the correct one . :-)
What's great about it: Easy to use. Provided good coaching.
What's not so great: State was a bit vague
