My Taxes Made Easy

Overall, I have used TurboTax for approximately the last 3-4 years and have found it to be very easy to follow and understand. I have been very happy with the program and will continue to use TurboTax for a long time. Thank you for making something that can cause anxiety to deal with, a pleasant experience.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions, user friendly
What's not so great: I ran across a couple of things I couldn't find as easily as others and had to do a search

Printing State Tax Forms for filing

Just a simple print button would be great. Only options were save as a PDF & Preview. The preview copy had "Do Not File" printed across the front of the pages to file. Why should we have to pay to file the State taxes electronically? Makes me want to consider a rival tax filing software.
What's great about it: Simple to complete
What's not so great: No option to just print the taxes for filing. The form has Do Not File printed over the top of the Ohio form

Easy to Fill and File

This walks you through every item you may want to use to file. In the end it found a better refund for us than the deductions that we were using. Very easy "step by step" instructions.
What's great about it: Walks you through every thing if you want it to.

No Time Wasted

Sat down with my information and was completed with both Fed and State within one hour, just like a pro. The best part is not having to make appointments or return trips to the preparer. I have been using turbotax for 12 years now and there is no apprehension about purchasing every year.
What's great about it: organized questions

Quick, Easy, Accurate

We've been using TurboTax for years and we have always been happy. It's fast and it seems to cover all aspects of a family of four. We don't have a business or investments so I can't comment on that aspect. For a fairly simple return (including home purchases, early retirement distributions, refinance) its been great!

Worked on taxes

Had all my data and took about 2 hours to complete both federal and state. The only thing that TurboTax should include is the state tax form for the cost of the software.

Great product and constantly updated to ensure accuracy and maximum refund guaranteed. Have been using Turbo Tax Delux for years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Ease of use, maximum refund
What's not so great: Have to pay for state e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
