Easy to Use

I have used TurboTax for years and always found it easy to use as it does walk you through the process step by step and it is usually very easy to understand. Sometimes it can be confusing whether a deduction applies or not and some feel like duplicates, though I think that is less TurboTax and more the fault of the tax laws themselves. Otherwise a fast and relatively painless process.
What's great about it: Walks you through the entire process
What's not so great: Not always clear whether deductions apply or not

Faster than last year

Entering charities I dreaded having to enter all of the addresses of the institutions, even if they were very small amounts. Nice to see this year the entry went much easier and faster. I also love the W-2 info automatic pull in and remembering information from previous returns. Very happy customer!

Ozark Tax Filing

Ok....15th year Turbo Tax has done a good job for us.
What I recommend is a place to check off and summarize in a column to note 1099's have been received and checked.
I use last years Turbo Tax to predict the next year taxes. Yes, some adjustment is needed but it is very very close.
So far, you haven't let me down!

It is what it is. It's easy and only takes a couple hours if you have all your stuff together.
What's great about it: Fairly easy. Have used it for last 10 yrs.
What's not so great: I feel that it has always been too expensive.

2014 Turbo Tax Review

There are 2 simple things I would like to see improved.
1) have definitive and clear submission section for Automobile Excise Tax in Massachusetts. This is considered a property tax in this state.
2) Be able to see the continue button when finished with each section. I need to navigate to the bottom of the Page to continue.
Other that these 2 requests, I have been using Turbo tax for over 12 years and love it.
