Good product. User-friendly. Helpful. Liked watching refund change.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, concise, accurate
What's not so great: Too much stuff for simple returns but don't change it, just in case.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The program is great. It's helps the lay person be able to file their own taxes correctly. The program is very user friendly. It asks every appropriate question imaginable.... it leaves no potential tax scenario out... ....
Great programming....

Name change from Deluxe to Deductions & Homeowners
on February 8, 2015
Posted by: MikeandLisa
It was hard to figure out what version of TurboTax to buy due to the name change. As far as we can tell it's still the same Deluxe product, especially as the software itself says "Deluxe " in the title bar:)
This marketing change just causes annoyances for your customers.
The box should show the word DELUXE is a much larger font and then the other part as a tagline.
I would rate the software a 5. It's easy to use. The problem is trying to BUY it.
What's not so great: Terrible name change for the same product, very confusing

Federal Schedule A for Arizona State Returns
on February 8, 2015
Posted by: johnandcheryl
I cannot confirm if the Federal Schedule A was included in my Arizona State Return. I ended up taking the standard deduction on the Federal Return but itemized deductions on the state return. The state return requires a copy of the Federal Schedule A to accompany the state return due to the state allowing for medical deductions which the federal return does not allow due to the dollar limit. A separate State Schedule A was submitted.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

the only issue I have with turbo tax is signing in to your account that is on file with turbo tax. I think your password should not be your email account. it makes it more confusing to sign in. that's all I have to say.
