easy to use

I did my own taxes and the program wanted me to upgrade to higher package to complete.
What's great about it: quick and easy ti use
What's not so great: not all forms in this package

Maximum taxes received

My entire family uses Turbo Tax every year since it is easy to use and checks for extra refunds. This year, I checked the 2013 taxes as we received a state refund. This is the first year I did that, and it saved me an extra $250.00.
What's great about it: Very easy to nagivate and helpful notes.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: I had a baby

Fantastic Product!

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 yrs., and still am amazed at the ease of use, and thoroughness of this product. Continue to keep your price reasonable, and you'll have a customer for life!
What's great about it: Love the easy transfer of last year's info

Not impressed. City of Detroit city taxes printed as "not compete do not file" but could not get back to city tax to fix.
What's great about it: Most of the stuff was the same
What's not so great: Used same computer didn't remember my pins which caused me to have to re-efile. My city of Detroit forms didn't work.

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years. Its makes taxes easy.
