Easy

I really like that TurboTax really walks the individual through the process. There are many new things about taxes that I learn every time. TurboTax may not just give you the complete answer and tell you how to do your taxes, which leaves for the individual to have a lead in the project, but also helps them go where they must to find the appropriate Pub for reference and learn.
What's great about it: Mentoring; Informational;

Can't live without Turbo Tax!

I can't imagine using anything but TurboTax. I had my returns done in less than an hour! Thank you Turbo Tax for making it easy and quick!

Excellent for Dummies! Like me.

Personally, I think the program is excellent for customers who have a little bit of understanding of how to fill any electronic application. You don't have to be a Guru in computer or be an IRS agent to do your taxes.
I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years an never have had any audit or question from the IRS. Of course, I try to be honest and follow step by step what the program ask me.
In general, the program save users a lot of time waiting in a Tax preparer office plus a lot of money in tax fees.
What's great about it: Easy for everyone.
What's not so great: So far, I don't see any cons in using this program.

Done earlier than ever

Each year the program seems to get better. This year is the earliest we've ever filed in part because of the ease of entering the data.
What's great about it: Guided entry is reassuring; I've gained the confidence to know I'm not missing something.
What's not so great: When doing reviews sometimes have to re-enter check-offs that we had already entered.

Taxes done in 60 minutes!

Very good experience. I filed my taxes in less than 6 minutes. My only regret was the amount of my tax bill...but that wasn't Intuit's fault!
What's great about it: Very Quick and Easy!
What's not so great: Had to pay federal government...

Overall I got my taxes done when I had the time. Most all of the program was easy to understand. I have used TurboTax the past 3 years and like the results.
What's great about it: Didn't have to spend time trying to get our taxes done.
What's not so great: Took a little time to find how to do an interest income filed.

Take me off your mailing list. Don't expect me to use TurboTax next year. After purchasing software and one state I still get slammed with a state filing fee and a refund processing fee. That is totally ridiculous. I can get better service from my tax professionals for less money. Lose me as a customer; lose my records -- I am totally dissatisfied with the price gouging. And the software insisted on filing my Tennessee return when Tennessee doesn't even have a state income tax.
What's not so great: Fees have become extravagant.
