You need to explain why Hazard Home Insurance is not a deductible.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2003. I appreciate that much of the information that was used in previous years is stored and captured. This greatly reduces time. The steps are similar each year which makes the process easier and faster.
What's great about it: Accepts previous years data
What's not so great: Only 1 state return is free

I was worried about the investment income upgrade but it was all there and easy to use.
What's great about it: Had all the forms I needed. Very easy to complete with the walk through
What's not so great: I can't think of any con's
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Install Problems & audit defense slipped past me!

For the most part, good program. BUT...it took forever to install. Had to search the internet for user posts to figure out how to install it despite error messages. Almost gave up...
Also, I think that even though I declined the service...I may have been charged for audit defense. I kept trying to make sure I didn't purchase this addition...but think it slipped by me anyway. This is the first time I experienced this error.
What's great about it: The program, once installed, was quick and easy to run.
What's not so great: Install and audit defense option

could not get my first pass through this to save so had to restart ugh. had to start all over and when I did it would not allow me to load info from prior years so I had to start all over as if this was my first time using turbo tax. a bit frustrating. thank you.
