Headache-free way to do taxes!

I have been using TurboTax for about 15 years now, I believe, with possibly one year as an exception - I hired a CPA for that one year due to some unique (personal) business situations. I feel anyone that's reasonably comfortable with navigating software would like TurboTax and if you don't have a very complex business situation, then you should do your own taxes and use TurboTax software. It really is easy, straight-forward, and FAST. You can e-file from the software and also complete your state return(s) in addition to the Federal return. Do yourself a favor and get the best tax software on the market and get the satisfaction of getting things done correctly, on your own, the first time through.
What's great about it: Very thorough, detailed, step-by-step, easy to understand
What's not so great: Nothing negative!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I'm not smart enough to make any suggestions as to what would make it any simpler than it already is. If I can prepare my taxes using TurboTax, anyone can.
What's great about it: Made preparing my taxes a walk in the park.
What's not so great: I didn't like the fact that I owed the government money, but that wasn't turbotax's fault.
