Good Product - Bad Software Changes

Thank goodness we did not buy/sell any stock this year. We avoided the "upgrade" mess. I sincerely hope that Turbo Tax Deluxe will go back to its original features for 2015.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Debacle with changed Forms

Super Easy!

Turbo Tax is a super easy tax software. If you have very basic W2's to file it only make sense to go this route and not shell out a bunch of unnecessary money anywhere else!
What's great about it: Guides you through everything!
What's not so great: I feel like Im dumber now because the information was spoon fed to me!

wonderful way to do taxes

this is a really easy way to do even harder tax returns. I have been using this for years. first we had kids, then we had a small business at home, then the kids grew up and now its college expenses and all those forms. It was just easy to move from one life style into the next with this program each year. even when we had all the deductions for a home, cars , medical, donations and everything it ask you simple questions that you can find the answers to. if you need to look for something you can go back later and fill in that particular info when you get it. thanks for this program.!!!
What's great about it: asks easy questions and has "whats this" to get more in depth to understand what they want
What's not so great: state and city are together as one return thing>>>took me awhile to figure this out

Easy as Pie

I used Turbo Tax for many years to prepare all of our family's tax returns. In 2009 I went to work for a tax preparation firm, I did not need to prepare our returns. However, last year I ended my employment with the firm so here I am once again. I felt just as comfortable using your product today as I did years ago. Turbo Tax is comprehensive and thorough, yet simplistic and very user friendly. I had a question concerning the process, I contacted Customer Service (had to wait over an hour to speak to someone) but it was well worth it. My concerns were addressed in such a professional and courteous manner, I was very pleased. YOU GUYS ROCK!
What's great about it: Loved the ease of preparing the return
What's not so great: Cannot think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

lot of additions to work out

had ssa to work out and a 401 dispersment along with a personal use of car 1099 to add and all fell in to place fast and accurate.
What's great about it: very easy to do the strange additions for us this year.
What's not so great: had no dislikes

filing issues

Tried to complete and file and software is stuck and will not let us do anything further, changed browsers and everything. Also, didn't let us file the fed separate than the state, and didn't let me make a c-card purchase to file state.
