Pretty good software but with some quirks

The best and cheapest way to file your taxes. Unfortunately I have a different tax situation every year and I always have questions that turbo tax can't answer.

What's not so great: if you have a particular situation, there is no one you can email and request more information

Turbo Problems

Followed all the instructions and still had my Maryland State Tax Return rejected twice. Hoping it will be accepted the third time submitted.
What's great about it: The Fed got done
What's not so great: The State Return was rejected twice

Fast, Efficient, and Easy

Turbo Tax made filing our joint return (first time filing married), fast, easy and efficient. This is why I have used Turbo Tax for the last six years!!
What's great about it: Ease of use, guided walk through each section

Great, Simple Experience

I was able to do my son's feceral taxes quickly and easily. His state taxes were a bit more complicated because income was apportioned across two states and it would not let me efile.
What's great about it: simple interface
