Turbo tax review

Overall, Turbo tax continues to be a good value for people in my situation. I do not have a lot of deductions or complicated tax situations. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Ease of use/speed
What's not so great: Not sure everything was covered.

I enjoy turbo tax, just had difficulty printing state refund with no explanation why.

Ive been using Turbo for about 7 years now and im never leaving.
What's great about it: never have to leave the comforts of home, very easy to follow and very user friendly
What's not so great: needs a litle more info on current tax laws

Simple and Easy

The program is easy enough that we do all our family taxes together...all on the same day! The save feature should allow saving the normal format as well as the .pdf format
What's great about it: Quick, precise, easy
What's not so great: Should save both versions of files

Difficult Expenses

For a short time this year, I had to use my own vehicle for work, an unreimbursed expense. It was an old, old vehicle, and the deduction might not have been worth the time and energy!! Vehicle expenses are way too complicated, even using the standard mileage deduction.
What's great about it: EVERYTHING is always covered by TurboTax
What's not so great: Business expenses are difficult
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Everything went smoothly. Didn't have any problems working through the interview.
What's great about it: It worked well for me.
What's not so great: I don't like that they did away with some forms in Turbo Tax Deluxe

quick and easy

Have been a customer for past 4 years. No complaints, yet. However, this year's issues made me nervous and leave me wondering about what will happen next year. Anticipate that my filing will get more complex due to changes ahead. Will the price go up (like this year, but was abated)?
Overall, like the program. Feel confident that I'm getting max deductions. Screens are easy to work through. Layout is functional.
What's great about it: nice to fill in blanks and have explanations
What's not so great: disconcerting to get news of problems with state filing
