Generally well satisfied.

Good program and have used for years but this year my Federal submission was rejected because of incorrect e-file PIN entered. On redo, there was a place for primary e-file PIN but not secondary. Filing status was Married, filing jointly.
Hopefully (after hours) it will now be accepted!!!
What's great about it: User friendly except for as noted in "Cons"
What's not so great: No way to find e-file number entry point for revisions and resubmit

Easy does It!

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. I have enjoyed using it. Prior to Turbo tax, I completed my returns manually. Every year, I had to go back into my files and find the information, re-enter it and spend hours getting everthing onto the form. Now, It takes me less than 2 hours. I love Turbo Tax. Thank you.
What's great about it: I had to file several state returns and it was VERY easy to complete
What's not so great: Additional state forms were steeper than expected - Should be a discount for every state over 2

I've been using this software for 10+ years. The software has matured to the point where anyone with half an idea to do their own taxes can do it with ease. If you want, the program will walk you through each and every section and subsection so that you are able to both accurately process your return but also maximize any refund coming your way. This is the best version I have ever used.
What's great about it: Simplifies tax prep and filing better than ever before
What's not so great: Can't come up with something pithy

The program works. It asks all the right questions and takes you thru the process step-by-step.
The only "glitch" is in the section dealing with non-cash donations such as to Goodwill. It asks you to enter when you purchased donated goods (who remembers that?) and if I remember correctly the purchase value. Very different , confusing and irritating, compared to past years software. Clean up that aspect and it will once again be on the top of the heap, so to speak.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions, takes you thru the process step by step
What's not so great: Donations section is different and needs to be revised

I would prefer all the pages, Personal information, wages and income, etc, be at the top during all transactions.
What's great about it: Saves stuffing forms in envelopes
What's not so great: Backing up to edit

Super Easy

Turbo Tax has been my program of choice for the last 14+ years. In reality, there is no other option. Don't pay part of your return to enter information in that you can easily do yourself in a matter of minutes.
What's great about it: Fast instantdownload, easy to use, import last years data
What's not so great: This year I found some hitches when I changed filing status - it changed multiple other information

What's great about it: So easy a caveman could do it. Been using TurboTax for years now, no other program compares.
