A Fair deal

All went well until I tried to transmit, which took about two hours. That was very stressful, so I give Turbo Tax just a fair (so-so) rating this year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax offers thorough step-by-step guidance.
What's not so great: Getting the completed tax forms to transmit was difficult.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Bump in the road.

TurboTax always worked well for me until today. I file my Federal form, but will have to try again with my state form. There seemed to be a glitch in the SW. That's not like TurboTax. Please get it fixed quickly.
What's great about it: Transferred my old data just fine.
What's not so great: Could not submit my state form electronically.

Instructions easy to follow

I find that I am able to gather everything and do it all at once or if I don't have it all together, I am able to close the file and continue later as I get what ever I need. No need to hold anyone up or have to go out in the cold to see the accountant. It covers all the areas I have been able to use and helps me to see if I can use other areas for deductions. I feel I get the best refund I can get with Turbo Tax. Easy to follow instructions. Can't beat it.!! Everything can be stored on your computer or CD's. Never did my own taxes before I started using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Can do it at home in your leisure while hunting for your paperwork.
What's not so great: None

I have been using Turbotax since 2002 and have always felt I had all the information I needed to get an accurate file for both my Fed and state return. Love the way it keeps last years info so I only need to update it.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: printing way to much stuff, should be able to print only pages I want and keep the rest in the computer

i did our my family and my inlaws and my friends and Everyone was Very happy and even in the End we all split the price of the program and made doing our taxes EASY and Cheep I Love it !! It makes it SO nice that I can use the Program on 5 different people to Help Out my Family.
What's great about it: just fill in what it asks and look at the money come back and questions answered
What's not so great: all GOOD ... NO Cons !!!
