Almost great

I like TurboTax because I don't have to go ten places to find forms. Also, the fact that they guarantee calculations - I've never had a problem with TT's calcs, and I've been TurboTaxing for many years - means I don't have to triple-check the calcs myself. The Help file always answers accurately and to the point.
The only time I got hung up was when I downloaded a non-resident state form. The site didn't tell me the form was not yet released. This caused plenty of grief, including a 30-minute call to their CS desk. Once they told me the answer, I was OK.

Have been using Turbo Tax for more than 17 years. Just love it! I get my taxes done in my own time and I'm not paying an accountant for doing a job I can do myself, with confidence.
What's great about it: Auto import assures no typos.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

best tax perp

It was easy fast. It did all the things I need to do my taxes. I have tried on my own and other software and even tax office to prep you taxes nothing beats turbo tax
What's great about it: took all the guess work for doing the taxes it stright foward and easy to understand
What's not so great: none
