trouble

The hard copy I bought needed an update. Every time i updated it I got an error message. It took 4 calls and 2 hours on the phone to get it resolved.
What's great about it: once load easy to use
What's not so great: Had an awful time loading.

Good Experience - except

For probably 10 years the Basic software has been all I needed and the types of income has not changed. I could always use the Basic software with a 1099-MISC this year (2014) had to upgrade to Deluxe because of it!!!:(
What's great about it: Easy process as always
What's not so great: Deluxe software needed now:(

First time doing my taxes

I did my taxes in about an hour in the comfort of my own home and it was painless. I'm thankful for this product because without it I'd probably be dealing with the IRS.
What's great about it: I liked how it guided me through each part, especially since I've never done my own taxes before
What's not so great: I can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had a lot of confident in Turbo Tax . After filing this year, I had noticed several security precaution that were implemented. I felt very confident in the product and I will continue to use it. It saves me a lot of money. Its a little time consuming, but the rewards to come are great!!!
What's great about it: More security with IRS pin, email code request and inscripting codes.
What's not so great: Nothing to complain about!

It was almost fun. Only problem I had was I hadn't done all my prep work. Not programs fault.
