Turbo Tax Deluxe

If you are not sure what is involved in filing your taxes the interview is comprehensive and the help files (both in turbo tax and if further help is needed the IRS files) have the answers. For those that have easy returns it is simple to hit the sections needed and move on. The e-file is my favorite! Easy and Fast!
What's great about it: The interview is thorough and comprehensive, but can still focus on specific sections as needed
What's not so great: Would be nice to be able to skip past sections that are not needed for my tax situation like AMT

WE COMPLETED OUR FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES IN RECORD TIME WITH NO COMPLICATIONS. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE TURBOTAX NEXT YEAR

No sweat filing

TurboTax made it quick and easy for me to accurately prepare my own federal and state tax returns, and e-file. I like the simple, stepwise, question and answer, walk through process. Extra information was available to clarify choices if needed, and I feel confident in the accuracy of my returns.

Making it so easy

I have been using TurboTax since the early 1990's. Not even sure how long. It makes doing my taxes so easier. I have always fretted about making a mistake and having the IRS come down on even the smallest thing but TurboTax takes that worry away. There is always a chance that I can make a mistake but as simple as my taxes are I doubt it! Thanks TurboTax for offering a great piece of software for the taxpayers to use!
What's great about it: Remembering the inputs from previous years makes it easy to answer most questions that never change.
What's not so great: IRS still makes it had for the average person to understand what is taxed and what is not.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This is the first time I had to file including SSDI with back pay. Turbo Tax was a bit vague on filling in the information needed for bulk payments from previous years. I had to do some research and go back into Turbo Tax to make corrections. Not a terrible thing and All's well that ends well.
