See Cons.
Each time this happened I had to run DiscClean, the uninstall TT and then reinstall TT. Hassle deluxe.
What's great about it: ease of entry, copy prior year return info
What's not so great: crashed each time the program tried to access a website outside of TT

The only issue is the change to the Deluxe version that had the forms for private contract workers removed. At least the documents were made available in a update for this year since the change wasn't published until after purchase. Otherwise, I love using Turbo Tax and have been using it for about 18 years now.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Just follow the prompts

as in the years prior, I find Turbo Tax easy.
I had no questions this year and finished it within 2 hours.
That includes gathering a few more papers and adding a few more numbers.
No problems filing.

Like the product and recommend to anyone!
What's great about it: Imports from previous year, ease of use, cost
What's not so great: Add more special condition shortcuts to reduce reviews not needed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
