you make it so easy

I think I have been using TurboTax for 12 years, it just works for me.
What's great about it: It is so simple, I answer all your questions
What's not so great: ability to see what the form looks like as I proceed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easy to use, follow prompts, categories, and easy to understand language. Easy to e-file. I have had a lot of medical RX is simple
What's great about it: Simple to understand directions A+
What's not so great: E file cost more if you deduct from Refund.

Excellent Product

After years of having to take my taxes in to have them done, I decided to try TurboTax last year. They walked me through business use of my vehicle and mileage deductions. I was so happy that I used them again this year and it was even easier. Pull all of my info from last year and walked me through the new health care.
I will absolutely use TurboTax again next year
What's great about it: I was able to do all of my deductions. The software was easy to follow and answered all of my questions.
What's not so great: None.

At one point (student loan interest) I had to go through myself in order to enter the amount. Perhaps there should be a button on each summary page category to select whether to go through with the wizard, or to go through on my own.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward
What's not so great: Place a wizard or "check yourself" button on EACH summary page.
