Easy to Use and Provides Peace of Mind

We've used this software for the last 5 years at least and we have never had an issue with it. Its easy to use and I can do it from home.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast, simple

Was hesitant to e-file this year and until I hear that more precautions are being taken to safeguard my information, I will fall back to the safe zone and mail my returns. Thanks.
What's great about it: Love the explanations and walk through on EVERYTHING !!

Great program, saves time and money!

Very easy program to do your own taxes. Easy to understand and all you have to do is fill in the blanks.
What's great about it: Simple step by step questions to guide you.
What's not so great: none

Estimated Percentages...

Hi:
If there is a way to show the estimated percentages of certain deductions before starting the module, that would be great. For example, if it showed you the amount for charitable donations, medical, etc. of the limit one would have to reach based on income in order to receive a credit before starting in the module that would be awesome.
What's not so great: Needs to show these up front...

Great software

This is a very easy software to use. My only cons is that somebody like me that know nothing about taxes, clicked on the help me, some of the explanations were to book saby. Some of us need explanations a little bit more chewed up and easy to learn and understand. But other than that great.
