Love Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax is super easy and I have saved hundreds by preparing my own return. I can start and save it, and complete it when I have the time without feeling rushed. I will never pay a tax preparer as long as Turbo Tax is around!
What's great about it: Super easy and it walks you through every area for optimal results.
What's not so great: The are too many areas to navigate to see if I qualify for certain deductions.

I've been using TurboTax for a few years now. Highly recommend it to anyone who would like to save time and money.

Great Refund

The software has the most recent tax updates and is very easy to use. Questions asked are understandable and if you have questions, you can find the answers with a few clicks. I would recommend this software to most anyone familiar with a computer.
What's great about it: Software updates with each use.
What's not so great: I like using this software.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worth Every Penny...And More!

I'll never do my taxes on my own or go to an expensive professional again. This was definitely the way to go for me and my family.
What's great about it: Simple process - made things so much easier than filing manually on my own.
What's not so great: None

not much to say except that it is pretty easy to understand the procedure & it helps when it checks for errors!
What's great about it: pretty simple to understand process
What's not so great: lots of questions really don't apply pretty redundant if they don't

some frustration

I had to input all information in purchased turbo tax.
In the past I used online turbo tax through the Altura Credit Union Site. I couldn't transfer the info from online to the new.
