Used for 7 years now... Love it

I'm not a computer whiz by any means, but even I can do my taxes without much thought or worry.
What's great about it: Easy to use and gets easier every year.
What's not so great: Way more thorough than I personally need,

Have used other tax software and have had problems with the software. This software/program was easy to use and didn't have any problems along the way!

Bad Changes

I am not sure what you did this year, Turbo tax is extremely confusing this year. I am not talking about the separating some features from Deluxe (which you took care of it), I spent two hours to find details on my State tax, but was not able to find it. Some major changes happened this year that made me very confused. I have been using Turbo tax for many years, but I did not like what I saw this year.

Some problems

This is at least the second straight year where line 11a and 11b
are lumped together. Not able to communicate with you on how to fix this is a real downer for me
